Tom Bruno-Magdich

Tom is one of the UK’s leading personal impact and communication skills coaches hosting and delivering courses, seminars and workshops nationally and internationally. He is an optimistic and energised cultural creative with extensive experience working in the area of employee engagement, leadership, creativity & innovation and communication skills.

Tom is a director of 4D Human Being Ltd and one of the founding partners of the innovative Charismalab training and coaching programme. He has ?co- authored two books. The first tackles the subject of self-presentation entitled ‘The Energetics of Charisma’ with voice and singing expert Jo Thompson. The second is all about personal relationships, entitled ‘Spiral into Love’ with his business partner Philippa Waller.

He has frequently appeared on radio and television talking about leadership and communication skills.

Drawing on his business background and an in-depth, academic study of Integral analytical psychology, Neuro Linguistic Programming and Spiral Dynamics Integral, combined with over twenty years of working as a writer and performer in the entertainment industry Tom has developed a radical and unique approach to interpersonal communication skills training.
