Emma has been with MD2MD since 2014 and was part of its pivot to online during the pandemic and its continuing growth. She is passionate about MD2MD being a diverse, empowering community that is a force for good, for its members, team, partners and indeed the entire business community as a whole.
Jo Luke
Business Development Director:
Jo is our Business Development Director welcoming new guests to MD2MD and guiding them through the joining process. She ensures that they gain maximum value and understanding of the benefits our community can offer to their own personal development and that of their senior team. Bringing together business minds from a cross section of sectors to debate and exchange ideas for mutual benefit adds tangible value and drives forward business development and growth.

Laura is one of the newest members of the MD2MD team. She oversees the marketing at MD2MD; from managing our LinkedIn pages, to promoting our services to the community and future members and creating engaging and valuable content.
Andrew Spink
Group Manager:
Andrew joined MD2MD as a Group Manager following his recent early retirement for the De Vere Group now operating as Village Hotels. He has been a member of MD2MD since it’s beginning and brings with him a wealth of experience in Leadership and Mentoring from being accountable for 4 Hotels. He is also a mentor for the Institute of Hospitality.
Glyn Lloyd
Group Manager & Facilitator:
Glyn is an MD2MD Group Manager for the B2B Marketing Special Interest Group. As a leader and former MD2MD member, Glyn is committed to ensuring every member derives great value and has a truly positive experience from attending Group sessions. This is achieved by encouraging maximum participation from every member and quality outcomes for members’ challenges big or small.
Niël Malan
Group Manager:
Niël Malan is an MD2MD Group Manager for the AI Group and a member of MD2MD, he serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Tangent Solutions, a prominent cloud-native software development firm based in South Africa. In his role, Niël will oversee the group sessions, fostering a dynamic exchange of diverse perspectives and innovative ideas.
Tom Scrimgour
Facilitator:
Tom Scrimgour is a faciliator for the AI Group and occassionally helps with the online speaker workshops too. Tom is Managing Director of Redblue Research, a strategic consultancy, brings a wealth of experience in leading high-performing teams to this MD2MD session. An inspirational leader with a passion for people development, Tom thrives on helping businesses unlock growth through strategic insights. Outside of work, this Middlesbrough fan enjoys sports, travel, and cooking.
