Speaker workshops
All of our membership packages provide access to the online speaker workshops. The topics are valuable and varied. From topics like sales, marketing, operations, finance and IT to leadership challenges such as handling difficult conversations and motivating your team. We also tackle subjects that are more fluid, such as ambitions, goals, motivations, and values.
Whilst the speaker is an expert sharing best practice this is intended to be a two way engagement that provokes you to think and act to improve your business. Participants are therefore expected to focus on the workshop and contribute fully with their camera on.
