This interactive session draws on practical tools and high-impact mindset shifts from the book By Design Not Default. Leaders will learn how to set motivating and meaningful goals and then design the habits, environments, and systems to make them stick. Through guided exercises, strategic discussion, and peer collaboration, participants will identify their derailers, build habit resilience and flexibility, and leave with a clear, actionable plan to pursue goals with consistency and confidence.
