Managing our energy through the course of a day means paying attention to the ebb and flow of our emotional and mental energy as well as the physical, and understanding how the 3 are interrelated.

In this session we will be exploring the simple daily habits that can help you better manage your energy, resulting in increased productivity, focus and motivation and reduced overwhelm, procrastination and other self-sabotaging behaviours.
