Social networking dinners
Our informal dinners create the space for business leaders to connect outside of formal settings. No agendas, no pressure – just good food, great conversation and the chance to get to know other members on a personal level.
By starting with genuine connection, we lay the foundations for relationships that go far beyond the meetings. When leaders get to know each other as people first, trust builds naturally and that trust becomes the basis for more open, honest and productive conversations. These connections continue well beyond the dinner table, creating a supportive network that leaders can lean on.
Business updates & optimism
This 30 minute session provides an opportunity for attendees to share a concise business update. Each participant will briefly cover:
- Name, Title, Business Name
- What is going well
- What would be even better if…
- Their business optimism rating (-5 to +5)
At the end of the updates, the facilitator will present the Optimism Graph, summarising key insights and trends.
Interactive expert-led workshops
This interactive 2 and a half-hour workshop (with a short break midway) is designed to foster collaboration to enhance learning. Rather than a standard presentation, the session involves small group exercises and discussions, encouraging hands-on participation and peer learning. Workshop examples below:

Leadership roundtables
This 2 hour session allows attendees to explore challenges in small, interactive groups (max 12 per group). Challenge examples below:

A 90-minute catch-up with other members; an opportunity to share your business updates and optimism. This is followed by an online leadership roundtable with an opportunity to delve into members’ current challenges, hear diverse perspectives and gain feedback and advice.
Online events
Curated specifically for you, these meetings cover a range of topical, trending and relevant content to suit your needs. From expert-led interactive workshops with valuable bite-sized takeaways to hot topic discussion groups where you can delve into subject-specific challenges. These events are the perfect forum to include your senior team and attendance is unlimited.
Annual conference
LeaderFest brings together all of our MD2MD members for a day of large-scale learning and networking. Hear from experienced business leaders on stage, join in with Q&A sessions and take part in interactive collaborative sessions designed to challenge your thinking and provide you with tangible takeaways, all whilst growing your network.

Access to our hand-selected and experienced coaches & mentors to add value to your peer group membership. Member terms
Monthly fees start at £445 and can be paid monthly, quarterly or annually by direct debit or standing order. There is no joining fee or lengthy contract.
*Attendance to the social dinner is optional and charged at an additional cost, prices may vary
