MD2MD Community Code of Conduct
MD2MD is an inclusive community of members, employees and collaborators who empower each other through mutual support. We acknowledge the benefits of diverse perspectives and opinions to drive innovation and enhance our impact, while taking full responsibility for any decisions or actions that we take. We respect and embrace each other’s uniqueness in whatever form that may be and actively contribute to creating an inclusive environment.
By joining the MD2MD Community, you agree to abide by this Code of Conduct.
We ask all of our community to commit to :
- Inclusivity. Acknowledge uniqueness and celebrate a community of difference. We embrace diverse perspectives and opinions to enrich our discussions. We commit to valuing and respecting all members of the MD2MD community.
- Responsibility. Consider the input from the community, whilst recognising that full responsibility for any decisions and actions remain with the attendee.
- Sharing information. Consent to MD2MD holding your information and using public domain elements, including photos and videos, for promotional purposes.
We ask members to also commit to:
- Confidentiality. Maintain strict confidentiality of all meetings, adhering to Chatham House Rules. Declare any conflicts of interest and avoid using shared information to the detriment of other community members.
- Attend meetings. Regular attendance is encouraged to learn with and from the community and contribute to discussions. Great value can be gained from the challenges and discussions of others, your fellow members value your support, attendance and input.
If you witness or experience any form of discrimination, harassment or exclusion, please report it immediately to a member of the MD2MD team. We have robust reporting and grievance procedures in place to ensure that all concerns are addressed promptly and confidentially.
