MD2MD is an inclusive community of members, employees and collaborators who empower each other through mutual support. We respect and embrace each other’s uniqueness in whatever form that may be and actively contribute to creating an inclusive environment.

Inclusivity & Respect: We celebrate diverse perspectives and maintain a welcoming environment for all. Members are expected to challenge each other constructively, providing honest, objective feedback delivered with the intent to help peers grow.
Confidentiality (Chatham House Rules): All business and personal details shared during meetings remain strictly confidential within the community. What is said in the room stays in the room.
Responsibility & Liability: Peer feedback and community discussions are entirely advisory. Members remain solely responsible for any operational or financial decisions they make within their own businesses
Active Engagement & Presence: The network’s value relies on consistent participation. Members are expected to prioritise attendance, arrive on time, and stay fully present, with devices silenced during group discussions.
Media Consent: Photos or video recordings taken at MD2MD events may be used for promotional purposes. Members who prefer not to be featured must notify management in writing to events@md2md.co.uk.
Reporting & Enforcement: Report any breaches of conduct, confidentiality, or discrimination directly to MD2MD management for immediate, confidential review. MD2MD reserves the right to terminate the membership of any individual who violates these standards.
Privacy Notice
By registering onto an event, MD2MD, Weightmans and Evelyn Partners will share your information to facilitate the event and communicate with you pre and post event. By registering you agree to the terms and conditions of the privacy statements that governs how your information will be processed MD2MD privacy policy , Weightmans Privacy Policy and Evelyn Partners Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe from communications at any time as detailed in the privacy statements.
