This session is designed to equip owner managers with the financial understanding to ensure their businesses survive and grow despite the current economic climate of volatility, uncertainty and shortage of credit.  The key themes of the session are managing the balance sheet - the key to survival and cash flow, and profit planning - the key to profit growth.  The role of the bank and the importance of the banking relationship for the growing business will also be explored.  Through engaging input, topical examples and audience discussion, participants will take away practical tools, tips and tactics that they can use back at work to strengthen both the financial structure and performance of their business to provide a solid foundation for not only short term survival, but also longer term profitable growth.
