Philippa is Managing Director of John Matchett Limited, an operating company within the Wilmington Group plc. A specialist in people skills for nearly 40 years, the business today provides customised management and personal skills training programmes to a range of blue-chip clients in both the private and public sectors. Approximately 20% of the programmes are delivered internationally.

Philippa has worked for private training companies (primarily in the IT sector), for nearly 20 years and until early 2006 headed up the £10m managed training services division of QA.
