Nicola McNeely will raise your awareness of commercial and corporate law and recent developments and regulations so that you can avoid unnecessary legal pitfalls, or at the very least address them properly!

 

The session will include updates on unfair selling, advertising, intellectual property, raising finance and the Companies Act 2006.  As a partner in the Corporate and Commercial Department at Capital Law LLP, Nicola has wide experience of all aspects of commercial work including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, commercial contracts and procedures in private and public companies.  Whilst she will not be able to give advice on specific issues, she will endeavour to be flexible, within her area of competence, in discussing the application of the law to the topics that are of most interest to members.
