With over 20 years’ experience in HR and business psychology, David brings expertise from the public and private sectors to the Xancam team gained from previous senior roles with both national and international companies including HR Director for Barbados Tourism Authority, Assistant Director with Saville & Holdsworth Limited and Organisational Development and Strategic Planning for Nationwide Building Society.
David brings to bear his expertise as a psychologist and his practical experience of working at a strategic level both in the UK and cross culturally to challenge and refocus the managers that he works with. He has conducted senior level executive assessment and development for clients who include: Allianz, Barratt Developments, B&Q, npower and Royal Mail.
David has a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Organisational Psychology from Bristol University; he is also registered as a Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society.
