Gail Gibson is an Accredited Master Coach and transformational coach with 20 years of experience partnering with founders, entrepreneurs, and senior leaders across the UK, EMEA, and APAC.
Originally from Australia, Gail’s values of curiosity, adaptability, and resilience have guided her through career transitions, international moves, and now inspire her work as an executive coach for women on the rise. Her time living and working in Southeast Asia between 2018 and 2022 deepened her cultural insight and continues to shape her approach to empowering women leaders globally.
Since 2018, Gail has focused her practice on supporting women navigating the shift from operational to visible leadership, helping them rise into the senior roles they deserve.
Beyond coaching, she is an author and co-author, a keen mountain biker, hiker, forest bather, book lover, haiku poet, and proud kidney warrior. She finds peace in nature, by the sea or immersed in the forest and gives back through volunteering with UK kidney health charities, staying grounded in resilience and the power of community.
