Bob Bradley: Founder

Bob is a specialist in running high value added service businesses, having run five such businesses as General Manager, Managing Director or Chief Executive. Having experienced for himself the value of having a strong sounding board of fellow Managing Directors, he founded MD2MD to provide groups of business leaders with a confidential environment within which they can support and challenge each other to raise their game as leaders, and by doing so improve the success of their organisation.

Emma Phipps: Managing Director

Emma is Managing Director for MD2MD, an exclusive community of operational business leaders ambitious to achieve even more business success by becoming even better leaders. Emma has been with the company for nearly ten years and has been a part of its pivot to online during the pandemic and its continuing growth. She is passionate about MD2MD being a diverse, empowering community, that is a force for good, for its members, team, partners and indeed the entire business community as a whole.

Duncan Souster: Head of Community Engagement

Duncan is a Group Manager for two online groups: 010 & S20. In addition to being a part of the Group Manager Team, Duncan’s overall role within MD2MD is Head of Community (development & engagement). Duncan set up and led several training divisions before becoming MD of an automotive training company delivering Pan-European projects for Nissan Europe and KIA inc, the production of technical training videos, new vehicle launch training events and implementing a European-wide Learning Management System.

Andrew Spink: Group Manager - A1O, C1O and SMP

Prior to his retirement Andrew was a “one Company” individual who has spent all his Career at the De Vere Group now operating as Village Hotels since the break-up of the Company in 2014. Since his first General Manager’s position in 1984 he has managed several Hotels across the Country including The Belfry, the World famous Hotel and Golf Resort, famous for hosting The Ryder Cup. Until recently he was Regional Director accountable for 4 Hotels including Swansea, Cardiff, Swindon and Farnborough. Andrew joined MD2MD as a Group Manager following his retirement. He has been a member of MD2MD since it’s beginning and has extensive experience of guest speakers.

Glyn Lloyd: Meeting Facilitator and Group Manager - LNP

Glyn is a marketing and advertising professional with over 35 years experience working on leading B2B brands, both in the UK and internationally. Glyn forged the early part of his career working for some of the UK’s biggest advertising agencies, and until his ‘semi-retirement’ at the end of 2021 was the founder and MD of Northstar, an award winning marketing consultancy in Manchester which he founded in 2000.
Glyn now spends his time France and in the Cotswolds, where he enjoys walking with his wife and three dogs.

Paul Currah: Group Manager - L2O and W1O

Paul is Head of Procurement at Oxfordshire based medical device manufacturers Owen Mumford Ltd. Having been Supply Chain Manager for the past 8 years, he is now working part time as he transitions to a portfolio career. For most of his career, Paul has worked in medical and pharmaceutical industries, primarily in purchasing and supply chain management.

Dominic Marlow: Group Manager - L1O

Dominic is responsible for guiding new members through to full membership. Dominic is an experienced advisor to small businesses. Having handled numerous small M&A transactions and advised owners on related matters, he has a very firm grasp of the emotions, trials and tribulations involved in running/developing businesses. He also has an uncanny ability of exposing issues and solutions quickly. Away from work, his family, dogs, motorbikes and too many sporting interests keep him busy!

Martin McGeever: Group Manager - S1O and S3O

Martin is the Managing Director of McGeever Ltd, a Health and Safety Management Consultancy which was formed in 2019. Martin has spent 37 years across several manufacturing sectors including oil and gas, industrial laundry, power generation, nuclear and defence. He was Engineering/Health and Safety Director for nearly 12 years with Kannegiesser UK, which saw him leading teams of people. These people were sent all over the world to install the Kannegiesser systems. He is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer and Chartered Manager and is actively working towards Chartered IOSH to further complement the business. Martin was an active member of MD2MD from 2012 to 2016.

Alison Barker: Meeting Facilitator

Alison has a had a long career in leadership and management roles, most recently as MD of Independent Living Solutions (ILS).  Initially qualifying as a physiotherapist and after spells in the NHS, 3rd sector and private practice she joined ILS; a national Case Management provider in the medico legal sector. Here she set up and managed a rehabilitation division before becoming MD. She enjoys supporting and developing staff alongside structuring and motivating management teams to deliver results. Alison is now undertaking a range of consultancy work in the medico legal industry.
