Graham will use case histories and examples to show what works – and why. He will show you how your customers perceive your web presence and the likely behaviours they will have. He will then explain how to ensure your website visitors behave in the way you want them to.
In Graham’s second workshop: How COVID changed online behaviour and what your business needs to do about it to thrive, Graham will look at how the coronavirus pandemic has changed the behaviour of a company’s customers, suppliers and employees. There is already evidence that this altered behaviour has changed customer expectations and so your business could need to adapt. Graham will explain the change in behaviour due to the pandemic lockdowns and why this change will be persistent. As a result, this workshop will help you plan for the future once business returns to something like “normal”. Using case studies from a range of businesses you will be able to model the best way of dealing with the new ways of thinking and behaving which are as a result of the pandemic.

He is an academic, working as a lecturer for the University of Buckingham and the Open University. Graham is the author of 29 books and is an award-winning writer.
