09:30am-11:00am In this session, Internet Psychologist Graham Jones will explore how websites can be used to either recruit staff, or even put them off from joining a company.
Graham will summarise some research he has conducted in his role as a Senior Lecturer at the University of Buckingham. This study investigated how students perceived potential employers as a result of looking at their websites. The results of that study will help you see what your website needs to do so that you can more easily recruit people to your team. This study will highlight examples of good practice and will also reveal the role of the social media activity of your current members of staff.
