This interactive workshop led by Rory and Lauren of Simon Kucher will equip business leaders with practical tools to improve pricing and monetisation decisions to help grow revenues.

  • Explore proven approaches to increase prices and improve price discipline
  • Define a clear, actionable pricing initiative to implement in their business

Rory Sweeney is a Partner based in Simon-Kucher’s London office.

He specialises in working with B2B software/SaaS, information/data providers, events, and tech-enabled businesses, with a particular focus on go-to-market and pricing topics.

He has 10 years of strategy consulting experience, having led 60+ engagements for both corporate and private-equity backed companies, delivering actionable recommendations to grow companies’ revenues

His expertise spans growth strategy formulation, customer segmentation, value proposition and positioning, business model design and transformation, packaging/bundling architecture, pricing strategies, sales incentives redesign, and operating model redesign/implementation

Prior to joining Simon-Kucher, Rory worked in strategic pricing at RELX Group and was formerly a management consultant with Accenture. Rory holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Bath.
