This is a chance to go beyond simple menopausal awareness and straight into leadership reality. I want to hear directly from you about:

  • what’s working
  • what’s failing
  • what’s missing
  • And what needs to happen next if organisations are serious about supporting women through menopause.

My work sits at the intersection of leadership, culture change, and the male perspective. I’ve written Conversation Shifts for Men: Leadership, menopause and the case for Workplace Change, and I’ve spent years helping leaders tackle the difficult, unspoken, systemic issues that quietly shape careers.

The session isn’t a lecture but a strategic conversation.

Your insights will directly shape the next evolution of leader education, male allyship, and organisational practice.

We will explore four themes, each designed to open up the conversation.

1. The Strategic Landscape: Why This Matters Now

Understanding whether menopause is seen as a genuine organisational priority, or still a private, hidden struggle.

2. Culture & Accountability: What Organisations Get Wrong, and What Great Ones Do

Exploring how culture, systems, line managers, and psychological safety all affect whether women stay, step back, or step up.

3. The Conversation Shift: What Language Actually Lands with Men, Leaders & Boards
Co-testing ideas, tone, framing and male-allyship messages which land with men, executives and Boards.

4. Practical Wins: What You’d Want Your CEO or HRD to Do Tomorrow Morning
Identifying the most useful, realistic, high-impact steps that organisations can take.

How I’ll Use These Insights

Your insights will feed directly into:

  • next-stage leader education and male allyship development
  • practical tools for line managers and senior leaders
  • refined messaging for boards, CEOs, and HRDs
  • my speaking, consulting, and training programmes designed to change the workplace narrative

This group has the lived experience and leadership insight that can reshape how organisations treat menopause, not as an HR initiative, but as a culture and performance imperative.

Why attend?

About me:

Guy Ellis

I coach senior women in finance, tech and other male-dominated environments to rebuild confidence, raise their profile, and lead with calm, credible authority in systems that weren’t designed with them in mind. With decades of experience as an HR Director, change consultant, and leadership coach, I understand how organisations really work and where they quietly hold women back.

I founded Courageous Workplaces and developed the Leadership Inside Out framework to help leaders cut through organisational noise, navigate tough dynamics, and lead with greater clarity, courage and impact. My clients come for honest, strategic conversations and leave with sharper thinking, practical steps forward, and the confidence to progress whether that means stepping into the C-suite, influencing at board level, or simply reclaiming space to lead well. I also speak and write about the often unseen challenges women face at work, from confidence erosion and being “too nice” to career-defining transitions that rarely get discussed openly.

Takeaways

By the end of the session, you will leave with:

  • A clear understanding of what forward-thinking organisations are starting to do right
  • Practical, high-impact ideas you can apply immediately in your own workplace
  • The chance to directly influence the next wave of leadership-focused menopause support
  • A complimentary copy of my book
