From Dabbling to Doing – How leaders make AI work with confidence and judgement

location iconManchester | location icon Wed. 3rd June 2026 | Time icon 9.00 - 1pm
location icon In-person topic workshop

Over the past year, most leaders have heard more about AI than they ever expected to. For many organisations, 2025 was the year of dabbling. 2026 needs to be the year of doing – with clarity, confidence, and good judgement.

This session is designed as a practical reset. It creates space to step back from the noise, take stock of what matters, and make clearer decisions about where AI helps, where it distracts, and where it should be handled with care.
The focus is not on becoming more technical. It is on becoming more confident, consistent, and intentional in how AI shows up across your organisation.
