By addressing key questions and challenges that line management faces today, we aim to demystify AI, showcasing its strategic advantages and potential pitfalls. The session pairs engaging demonstrations with roundtable discussions to foster a comprehensive understanding of AI’s impact.
This workshop begins with informal coffee and networking, followed by a structured session of interactive presentations and roundtable discussions. Each participant will leave equipped to champion AI in their roles, driving responsible and innovative practices that align with organisational goals. Please bring your laptop and charger banks.

- Mastering AI Literacy: Understand why AI literacy is a critical skill for leaders. Discover how foundational knowledge empowers leaders to manage performance fairly, inspire team confidence, and lead with clarity in an AI-driven world.
- Empowering Decisions with a Clear AI Stance: Develop a well-defined organisational AI stance that guides managers in making confident, consistent decisions. This stance reinforces organisational values and supports daily operations from hiring to strategic planning.
- Driving Innovation Through a Responsible Use Framework: Engage with a trusted framework for the responsible use of AI, balancing the freedom to innovate with a strong commitment to ethics and accountability. Participants will explore security concerns and the implications of AI usage, ensuring AI remains a trusted tool for sustainable growth.
