9:00am-10:30am MD2MD Best practice workshops are a chance for members to share, MD to MD their own thoughts, insights and perceptions on a specific theme with each other for the benefit of all.
Unlike speaker led workshops, there is no specialist to share their wisdom and unlike peer challenge boards it is not individual case studies we tackle. Instead, at a best practice workshop members are encouraged to share and develop their view on a specific topic with each other through peer to peer discussion.
What is the new normal? Debate and discuss business leader to business leader.
Best practice workshops are an extra over and above your membership package and all members and key members of their leadership team are invited to participate.
The value in a best practice workshop comes from you. Structured conversations around a topic of interest business leader to business leader. Sharing knowledge, perceptions and opinions. Learning with and from each other. MD2MD ‘simply’ organises and facilitates.
What will be covered?
- What has changed in the business and wider world because of Covid?
- Which changes are temporary and which permanent?
- How will the world be different in 2022? 2025? 2030
