• Appraisals and Time Management: Sharing best practices for impactful appraisals and prioritising high-value activities.
• Communication and Meetings: Highlighting strategies to improve communication and meeting efficiency.
• Customer Engagement: Methods for understanding and enhancing customer experiences with a focus on empathy and market trends.
• Team Development and Strategic Leadership: Exploring building effective teams, personal and team development, and aligning with senior leadership strategies.

 

Our second session will explore how to drive commercial success by establishing a world class culture.
