Within my 52 years I have come up against the usual stuff life throws at you, having to make tough life decisions, losing people you love, having car accidents, nothing too dramatic, no gold medal winning or anything that extreme but during that time I have learnt many tools and techniques to build my resilience, inner confidence and transformed myself many times.

My journey has included dropping out of university only to complete a degree at the age of 30 with a full time job and a toddler to look after, making the tough decision to get divorced only to be happily married now for 25 years, losing both parents within 9 months of each other but regaining an amazing relationship with my only sister who had previously nearly died whilst I was a teenager, losing 5 stone and living a much healthier life, leaving a two successful jobs after 20 years and taking a massive gamble to start up my own consultancy.

In this interview I would love to share some practical tools and techniques to allow you to remove the imposter, build your reliance and support network and maybe make some of those tough life choices to bring you more happiness and joy to your life. I am no gold medal winner but am happy to say that I am running a successful business, have more time to spend with my wonderful family and feel fulfilled. If you want to feel that way too, then I am looking forward to speaking to you very soon.
