Crisis on the menu. Strategy in your hands.
Will you rise to the challenge?
Think classic murder mystery dinner, but instead of solving a crime, you’ll be tackling a new
business crisis at every course.
Each table becomes a boardroom. Each guest a decision-maker.
Step away from your day-to-day and into a beautifully unique leadership experience in the heart of the Cotswolds. This is not a typical networking dinner. It is an immersive, high-stakes boardroom simulation woven through a luxury dining experience, where each course brings a new twist, a new decision and a new test of your leadership under pressure. Alongside a carefully curated group of fellow SME business leaders, you will navigate uncertainty, challenge assumptions and discover what truly happens when strategy meets reality.

Across three interactive courses, you’ll face different crises and board-level tasks, from making immediate decisions to contain damage, to stabilising operations under scrutiny and finally exploring long-term strategic choices. Throughout, you’ll collaborate with fellow SME leaders to test your leadership, judgement and resilience in a safe but realistic environment.
