Alison Day: Indium
Alison has worked for Indium Corporation for over 25 years, initially in the quality department and more recently as Operations Manager. She is now responsible for Quality, Production, Logistics, Warehouse and Health, Safety and Environment. Indium Corporation is a global producer of solders and related materials and in the UK manufactures solder paste for high-end industries including automotive, medical and aerospace, supplying customers throughout Europe, Middle-East and Africa. Indium have expanded by buying a small company in Germany and Alison is also responsible for Operations there. Alison loves to keep fit and have fun at the same time by doing Zumba.
Bhavika Nesbitt: Wilson Partners
Bhavika is Regional Office Head and Client Director at Wilson Partners. She has experience and expertise in Corporation Tax Compliance, R&D Tax Credits, personal tax, due diligence, financial accounting and optimisation of financial processes and internal controls. Bhavika specialises in working closely with start-ups, particularly tech-based, from initial set-up, to funding, expansion, restructuring and much more.
Catherine Roberts: Maber
Catherine is a qualified architect with over 10 years experience in various sectors. She has worked with key clients from all stages, inception through to completion. She works at Maber as a Project Architect and became an Associate in 2018.

Charlie is an experienced Business Development professional supporting small to medium sized businesses to reach their ideal customers. She is currently the Director of Sales at Village Hotel, Swindon.
Clair Henderson
Claire has 20 years of project management experience and is a specialist in delivering change and strategy. She recently led a successful conversion to Cloud and SaaS, followed by a merger and acquisition. With 10 years of HR experience up to Director level, Claire has extensive knowledge of tech start-ups and SMEs.

Helen Richards: Roxburghe Estates
Helen is the Head of HR & PA to the Duke and Duchess of Roxburghe, she also supports the Managing Director and Finance Director of the Roxburghe Estate. The diverse estate in the Scottish Borders includes Floors Castle, farms, renewable energy projects and extensive residential properties. Helen has been with the estate since January 2019 and enjoys the variety of her role. In her spare time, she enjoys riding her horse and running with her dog.
Jane Brookes: Capula
Jane is a Principal Protection Engineer at Capula, with over 30 years of experience in power transmission and distribution. Specialising in complete protection systems, she also has expertise in substation design, LVAC and battery systems, and control interfaces. Drawn to Capula for their capabilities in energy and industrial control systems, Jane values the company’s people-first approach. Outside of work, she mentors young girls in engineering through her role as a Brownie Leader with Staffordshire Girlguiding.

She achieved Fellow Membership with the Association of Accounting Technicians. Between 1999 and 2015, she held roles as financial accountant, financial controller and finance director in the public transport industry, where she completed a membership with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Tamara was involved in group acquisitions and innovation projects alongside managing financial reporting. She is now Senior Finance & HR Manager at VitrA Bathrooms, a leading manufacturer of high-quality sanitaryware and bathroom accessories.
