Objective of group
To enable attendees to gain an improved understanding of the topic through discussions with their peers, where YOU add value for each other.
The session will be introduced by by someone with experience of the topic who will present some material to stimulate debate. This will then be followed by a facilitated peer to peer discussion where participants develop their ideas with each other.
The peer to peer part of the session involves attendees, sharing their experience, asking questions and testing interpretations. Peer group meetings work well when everyone attends regularly, contributes fully and builds a trusting confidential relationship with their peers. So come along prepared to take an active part, with your camera on and without distractions, to learn from others, to debate and discuss and to challenge and support each other.
These are initially planned as one off, stand alone sessions, but we are happy to turn these into a special interest group meeting regularly if the attendees feel there is value for them in an ongoing and developing discussion with peers they can get to know.
