Talking all things legal, join Tina to learn how to avoid some of the toughest legal challenges faced by businesses in today’s society.
Sadly the crisis, and more specifically the inevitable withdrawal of government support for continued employment despite the crisis means many businesses will soon face important decisions about restructuring and redundancy programmes.
Managing such programmes to achieve good commercial and indeed human outcomes whilst complying with the law can be challenging. In this workshop Tina Chander, Head of Employment at leading Coventry and Warwickshire lawyers Wright Hassall will provide useful insights into the three key elements of a compliant programme such that members can minimise the risk of legal challenges when managing a redundancy programme of up to 20 employees.
