Mindlocksmith Overview

Our minds are the most amazing piece of kit we will ever have. They can achieve seemingly impossible things or take us to dark or lonely places. No one gave us a user guide – until now.  We can do amazing things with our minds, propelling us forward or trapping us in dark places, holding us hostage. With most technology you get a user guide, or it’s so intuitive to use you don’t need one.  Imagine a world where your mind isn’t a mystery but a powerful ally, propelling you towards success and fulfilment. What could be achieved with a team like that?

I combine a career in international business, with 10 years using my intense curiosity to understand more about how the mind works, to deliver highly actionable, simple techniques to help us manage our thoughts and associated emotions to be more productive and creative. I realised the biggest frontier in business productivity today, is our team’s minds. The less time we spend worrying, second guessing, being unhappy or having low confidence, the more time we can be enjoying our productivity and creativity. Our mental wellbeing is key to this – hence by business name.

Much wellbeing training, however well intentioned, often gets forgotten soon after the training session. Inspiration has a shelf life, habits last! I’ve designed my techniques to integrate with habits, ensuring benefits last long after training. I offer a variety of methods, allowing you to choose and fine-tune what works best for you. After all, we all perceive the world uniquely.

All that I share is highly actionable and follows my ACE approach.

Awareness – of what is happening in the mind, which gives a level of relief knowing why.
Choice – how to choose a better mental response, with examples.
Embed – creating a new habit to make your new chosen response automatic.

I deliver through workshops, coaching, speaking, and courses. Alongside my five main workshops, I offer tailored sessions. Recent custom workshops covered problem-solving techniques with mindset, culture change, and establishing values.
