Lucy began her sales coaching and hiring career 20 years ago now, and has found it incredibly rewarding to witness the successful journeys of many of the companies and people she’s had the privilege to work with along the way.

Early on in her career she was fortunate to work with several global conglomerates where she had the opportunity to assess their sales and professional services teams, providing recommendations on how to enhance their individual and collective performance.  She then shifted her focus to working primarily with founders, helping them strengthen their company’s sales performance to maximise the value of their future exits.

Since having her children, TalentBloom is a move back to her roots.  Combining her background in psychology with her hands-on sales coaching and recruitment experience to play a small role in helping founders and leaders achieve their visions for their businesses, and making their own dreams a reality.
