Jonathan Holley

Jonathan has built and run businesses in Software Development, Facilities Management and a nationwide equipment hire business. Prior to this he was a Director at PriceWaterhouseCoopers delivering Business Transformation Programmes for major clients. Arising from schemes developed in a previous company for supporting relatives of staff with mental health challenges, Jonathan recently became MD of Ways into Work. Jonathan is driven by a desire to help businesses recognise the potential benefits for their teams when employing a person with disability and the significant positive impact this can have across families and the community.

Jonathan is well known to MD2MD as he has previously shared his experience of leading a business through extreme adversity as a panelist at our annual conference LeaderFest 2021.
