James Bargeron
James is a performance specialist and consultant, and previously one of the world’s leading negotiators on global oil transportation. He brings a wealth of knowledge from his thirty-year tenure as a broker and trusted advisor to some of the world’s leading oil companies, traders and shipping companies.
Now, through speaking, consulting and mentoring, he uses that experience and science based knowledge of performance, to help organisations build better performing leaders, teams and businesses, that are able to achieve those bigger goals, without burning themselves out in the process. He has resided and worked in both the UK and the US, travelled extensively worldwide, and has a deep understanding of the cultural nuances in effective communication, from entry level to boardroom.
He’s written for several publications on leadership and performance, including Australia’s most read golf magazine, Inside Golf.
