David Frost

David joined Produce World in 2008, having previously worked at Norbert Dentressangle and Carlsberg. He is an engineering graduate and holds a Masters Degree in Quality and Human Resource Management. David is also a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a Chartered Engineer. He has significant experience in the fields of organisational development and employee engagement and in 2012 he was shortlisted for HR Director of the Year at the HR Excellence Awards.

With over twenty years working in the field of leading business change, with employee engagement at the heart of this journey, David will share his experiences of leadership, change and the relationship between business process and culture.
