Before flying solo Mark spent his career within the Virgin group of companies. He oversaw the strategic direction of the Virgin brand and provided support to the ecosystem of 200 Virgin businesses globally. He championed the special culture that makes the brand unique and helped bring the Virgin magic to life whilst driving tangible business results.
