Objective of the group
This is a confidential safe space to discuss challenges faced by Personal and Executive assistants. We recognise that the role covers a massive spectrum and whereas if you work in marketing you just deal with marketing, personal and executive assistants are generally working across the business and very often alone. It is a role which involves being a strategic partner in the business.
The subject matter is set by the participants, with added stimulus from the group manager and facilitator to fuel the session. We discuss real-life challenges and hopefully come up with some solutions with and for you.
Recent topics of discussion:
- How to say no!
- Transitioning to a new role
- Travel planning
We invest in top-calibre expert practitioner speakers, of a standard rarely available in small groups.
These fully engaging workshops are interactive and the small group aspect means you can ask the expert any questions you have.
By provoking thinking and motivating you to action, these workshops provide you with tangible takeaways to implement straight away.
