MD2MD membership – Who and why?

MD2MD members are ambitious and enthusiastic operational leaders and our purpose is to help their business succeed by helping them be the best leader they can possibly be.  They are busy and want everything quickly so MD2MD packs a lot into membership. MD2MD membership is exclusively for operational business leaders with tens or hundreds of staff. People who need to inspire a team to achieve an ambitious vision through a clear and coherent strategy and who make decisions (like employing someone) worth £10k – £100k regularly and who have a salary bill in excess of £1M.

There is a return on investment if the MD2MD subscription enables just one better decision, just a 1% improvement in engagement or if as a result of seeing the wood for the trees the leader makes a strategic choice that ensures the business is in the right place with the right offer at the right time.

Additional speaker led workshop places

The key to success for an operational business leader ambitious to scale their business is, we believe, to build a strong management team.  MD2MD supports the business leader in that objective by making available places at our Speaker Led Workshops to their senior management team for a one off cost of £125 + vat, or a small incremental subscription depending upon volume as below.

Enhanced membership with In-person meetings

Online meetings are effective and easy to fit into the schedule for the busy business leader and are the key component of our standard membership. Standard membership also includes two annual in-person events.  A retreat to advance for the member and our mini-conference LeaderFest for the member and two members of their team.

MD2MD also offers enhanced membership for those that prefer to spend time getting to know fellow business leaders in-person. Blend1 membership, available in London and Oxford includes quarterly full day meetings per annum.  These meetings comprise a speaker led workshop in the morning for the member and two of their team and a confidential afternoon peer challenge board for the member. Blend2 membership, available in South / East Midlands is similar, comprising biannual full day meetings, each preceeded by an informal diner the night before. Blend3 membership, available in the North / West Midlands is similar, including quarterly morning peer challenge board meetings with an informal dinner the night before. Risk free trial and membership terms

Joining is easy – if you qualify, fit in and value membership.  Speak to MD2MD and arrange to join one of our demonstration meetings to see how we work alongside other interested and interesting business leaders. If you can see the potential value of private discussions with fellow business leaders, join a group and as long as that works for all continue as a member. And join workshops led by our top class practitioner speakers too.

Once you’ve experienced MD2MD membership for a month start paying a subscription and continue as a member for as many years as you wish.  Membership is at will.  If for any reason you want to do something else just tell us, stop paying and stop attending. Whilst we prefer you to give notice and exit professionally with farewells, there is never any legal tie.  Members are there because they want to be.  The fact that some stay for years, decades even, is testament to the value of membership.
