MD2MD is a proven alternative to traditional management training courses. At MD2MD group meetings, our members tackle a variety of topics that directly relate to operating and leading an established and growing organisation. Our members are typically Managing Directors, Chief Executives and General Managers leading companies with 20 to 500 staff generating between £1m and £50m in revenue. MD2MD members are ambitious for greater business success, want to lead their teams to that success, and recognise that they cannot do this by themselves.

What is MD2MD?

MD2MD is built upon the view that business leaders value most the ideas of other business leaders. We exist to help you develop your thinking through regular confidential discussions with your peers, and workshops led by world-class professional speakers.

The typical range of topics discussed will deal with business planning (developing goals and strategies, business growth), funding (finding investors, inking a big contract, or cash flow management), operations (supply chain problems, negotiations, and losing customers), and marketing (sales, competition, and disruptions).
