Executive Coaching & Management Training in Northamptonshire

Great leaders are trailblazers. They set the path for the other members of the organisation they lead to follow. To become a better leader, take part in our executive coaching and management training at MD2MD to learn and guide at the same time.

Introduction to MD2MD

What is MD2MD? It is a non-traditional approach to business leadership and development training or coaching. We don’t follow the typical format of a classroom-based business coaching programme, because we don’t employ a one-way form of teaching.

Instead, all participants of the MD2MD meetings work in tandem with each other. You are expected to share your viewpoints and experiences as much as you learn from fellow business leaders. A world-class professional speaker also joins the meetings as a facilitator for the discussion. The business leaders who participate are proactive in discussing real business problems and solutions at MD2MD.

We are proud to serve business leaders in the County of Northamptonshire, particularly in and around the towns of Northampton, Corby, Kettering, and Wellingborough.

What goes on in MD2MD meetings?

Our full-day peer group meetings are divided into two main parts:

  • The first part is the confidential peer challenge board discussion. Here you will debate about real-world problems and challenges that businesses of all kinds face. The purpose of this section of the meeting is to educate and learn from fellow business leaders, based on real-life experience, exploring solutions to minimise costly business mistakes and boost chances of success.
  • The second part is the practical workshop. Led by an expert professional speaker, this section is concerned with tackling the best leadership practices. Be inspired to become a more effective leader or business owner by your peers who have achieved the success you aspire to.

Who can join?

MD2MD was developed to nurture business leaders. We invite CEOs, startup owners, founders, managing directors, general managers, and more to our meetings. If you lead a large team of skilled individuals, you too could benefit from our peer-based approach.

We are looking for MD2MD participants who are fuelled by their desire to improve and succeed. If you want to lead your team to success, find encouragement from your fellow business leaders at MD2MD.
