Grace Sun: City Rooms
Grace obtained her accountancy degree in China and a Masters degree in Finance from City University, she joined an accountancy firm in the West End of London to become an accountant and then an auditor. From November 2011 Grace started City Rooms together with her husband Jason, she began as the Finance Controller but now manages the business operations as Managing Director. Jason is the CEO and mainly concentrates on gaining new business.
City Rooms manage HMO properties and are one of the largest flat-share providers in London. Their mission is to professionalise the HMO industry. They currently manage 2000 rooms from two offices with 90 staff. The company produces a gross margin around £5m per annum.

Michael has more than 30 years commercial and procurement leadership experience across the UK and North America in the NHS, retail and manufacturing sectors. Michael was previously based in Chicago, where he led and oversaw e-auctions for a number of blue chip organisations including WalMart, before returning to the United Kingdom and joining the NHS.

Peter leads Homes in Sedgemoor – an Arms Length Management Organisation that manages 4000 homes across Sedgemoor in Somerset. He is passionate about building and improving great communities through good housing and efficient and effective customer services by himself developing people and teams, and building strong strategic partnerships.
Phill Bundell: AirTanker
Phill Blundell has been Chief Executive Officer of AirTanker Ltd since 2005, culminating in the successful award in 2008 of the Future Strategic Tanker Aircraft contract, the UK’s largest defence PFI deal involving the development of new and innovative concepts in both contracting and support. When AirTanker Ltd and AirTanker Services combined their strengths to become AirTanker in September 2017, Phill became the Chief Executive Officer of the new collaborative business. Prior to AirTanker, Phill worked in the defence, aerospace and automotive sectors, most recently for BAE Systems leading businesses covering large manufacturing operations, and systems and software companies.
