The purpose of MD2MD is to help businesses succeed. We do that by developing the confidence, competence and motivation of their leaders and thereby encouraging and enabling them to be the best leaders they possibly can be.
The challenge for all Managing Directors is implementation. To help our members implement, we also encourage them to book members of their senior team to attend the speaker led sessions. That way their team leaves those sessions with the same insights and motivation as the Managing Director.
This enables them to debate with the member what is relevant to their business then develop and implement those ideas with the full backing and support of their Managing Director, our member.
