GSSArchitecture achieves Gold “Investors in People” accreditation

National architects, GSSArchitecture, are delighted to have started the new year by being awarded the Gold level Investors in People (IiP) accreditation, following their most recent assessment. Achieving 100% participation from their team in the online survey (well above the national average of 75%-77%), the Practice became the second highest scoring Architecture Practice on the IiP international database!

Ian Bray, Managing Partner at GSS, said, “The support and advice from the MD2MD team and peer group has been invaluable to the Practice, allowing us to continue improving and modernising the working environment at GSS. This outstanding achievement is only made possible by having a wonderful and dedicated team that shares the same culture, values, vision and aspirations. It’s great to hear such positive feedback from our team, and we are delighted that our support helps them to feel empowered to make the difference.”

GSSArchitecture’s commitment to the training and education of all their staff was highlighted by the IiP assessors, who noted, “a strong feature of your culture is your investment in the development of your people. You enable people to develop and thrive, provide them with interesting and challenging work, enable them to be creative and empower them to do the best job they can.”
