The above phrase is not however a phenomenon unique to the USA. It’s a global manifestation – one which leads us to a place of either exodus-proofing ourselves or paying the price.
Why are people leaving? The simple answer is that the culture in your company plays a significant role in whether people will want to stay or not. As we all know, the culture of a company is of course greatly influenced by its leaders. And by fixing the symptoms caused by a broken culture, instead of the cause you will only delay the inevitable.
And remember those folk watching for new opportunities? Well, the culture has a significant impact on how your company looks to those prospective employees.
