MD2MD membership is reserved only for operational leaders ambitious to achieve even more business success by becoming even better leaders.
As a prospective member of MD2MD you are likely to be a Managing Director or in a similar, senior operational role such as a CEO but more importantly, you will be heading up the leadership of an organisation of tens to hundreds of staff.
Despite your ambitions to drive your organisation to success you also recognise you do not have all the answers, all of the time. You will have found it can often be lonely at the top when it comes to making the big strategic decisions facing the continuous challenges that you are often wrestling with.

Our purpose
In short, we help raise your game; We stop it from being lonely at the top by facilitating leadership peer group meetings enabling you to develop as a leader and in turn helping you lead an even more successful business.
Our leadership peer groups enable you to discuss and debate leadership challenges in confidence with other experienced and practical business leaders like you. You learn from the successes (and mistakes) of your peers and in return, they learn from you too.
We also present you with additional insights into best practice, in many areas of business, through workshops led by international standard expert practitioner speakers.
Whilst intangible, most leaders realise that improving their confidence, competence and motivation will improve their performance as a leader and result in the improved performance of the business.

MD2MD membership includes four valuable meeting formats all geared to the different needs of the modern day operational leader. These include two regular monthly meetings, available online or in-person plus two larger format, annual events.
Leaders peer groups
Leaders like you debate in confidence how best to deal with real business leadership challenges. A chance for all to develop thinking on leadership as well as a useful sounding board for the person facing the challenge.
Speaker-led workshops
Led by world-class practitioners, of a standard rarely available to business leaders in a small group. Experts sharing best practice to provoke you to improve your business by thinking and acting differently.
Retreat to advance (Annual)
A chance for you to take time out at an inspirational venue. Consider where you and your business might be in 5, 10 or even 100 years. Where are you heading, why you are heading there and how will you get there?
LeaderFest (Annual)
Our annual, flagship event provides a chance for you to hear first hand the leadership thoughts of some very experienced and interesting business leaders whilst discussing business with a hundred or so business leaders like you.
