Where do we meet?
These MD2MD groups usually meet at a country house conference hotel, situated 20 minutes East of M1 Junction 19. It is easily accessible and convenient for our members.
Northampton, Kettering, Rugby, and Coventry are nearby. Within an hour is the end of the M11 at Cambridge, as well as Bedford, Milton Keynes, Leicester, Peterborough, Corby, and Birmingham. These groups cover the West Midlands, Warwickshire, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, Norfolk, Suffolk, Buckinghamshire, and Hertfordshire.
Which groups meet here?
We have three sub-groups at this meetings hub. The Sapphire and Mazarine groups are aimed at Managing Directors and business leaders. One group is also aimed at Executives or Senior Managers – those who report to the business leader.
Do you lead tens or hundreds of people?
If so, this MD2MD business leader group will be valuable to you. We’d like to invite you as a guest to experience the power of learning with and from fellow business leaders.
For most meetings, the Sapphire and Mazarine groups meet at 5pm and have the peer challenge board discussion over dinner. Many members stay overnight. In the morning, they are joined at 8am by a group of Senior Executives and others from their business. Then, they spend the morning leaning with and from each other through an interactive workshop, led by a top professional speaker. The meeting finishes at lunchtime, enabling everyone to get back to work or take meetings in the afternoon. For more information about meeting formats click here.
Membership of these groups includes the opportunity to bring a senior business guest to the speaker session of each meeting. This adds depth and variety to the session, enhancing the value for each member by providing a chance to develop one of their key people or build their relationship with a key contact.
