Steve Houghton-
Steve combines his passions for people, business and public speaking as a serial entrepreneur. He has held positions as varied as Managing Director, Director of Transformation, Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information Officer. He built, led and sold one of the first Internet Service Providers and the first regional Internet Portal in the UK.
Steve believes that successful organisations can maintain and even work to improve workplace happiness. Really successful organisations can still do this during times of change. But not many do. He also believes that great organisations understand that workplace happiness benefits them financially. It reduces absenteeism and grievance whilst increasing customer satisfaction, loyalty and therefore profits.
