If you qualify to join MD2MD (Who qualifies?) and are interested in considering membership for yourself, we invite you to attend a meeting as our guest without cost or commitment (other than to attend if you say you will!)
We see this as a win:win:win. You get the chance to talk to existing members and how MD2MD develops their leadership capability. You get the chance to experience a little leadership development yourself, we all extend our network, and at the very least MD2MD raises its awareness which might lead you to introduce us to others like you.
During the morning
You’ll get the opportunity to learn with peers from a top professional speaker of the sort SME leaders usually only see on stage at a distance. This is a great opportunity to develop your own leadership for free whilst finding out about MD2MD first hand from other real leaders.
The lunchtime checkpoint
Over lunch we’ll have an informal chat. Clearly we have to protect members’ interests and so we are more cautious about the confidential ‘Sounding Board Meeting’ in the afternoon. However if members are comfortable with your presence AND you are seriously considering membership we will invite you to stay and learn from peers during the afternoon.
By the end of the day
You’ll know a lot about the leadership development potential of MD2MD. If you can see how MD2MD membership is an effective way of improving business performance by developing confident and competent leadership, then we will be pleased to arrange for you to join a group close to you.
