Steve has encouraged me to listen rather than sell my business. He made me realise that I am not pushing myself enough to grow the business.
Simply, clearly and effectively, Steve told us why we are all responsible for developing sales. He has showed how to make the link between our role and selling. He even introduced the concept of reluctant sales people. He has made me see the need to be focused on our attitudes in how to improve our “selling” opportunities etc.
He has highlighted a need for me to understand and use LinkedIn better / more.
