Members also learn in workshops led by expert practitioner speakers of the standard normally only seen on stage at a distance

MD2MD is a membership organisation for the leader of an established and successful organisation (typically employing between 10 and 200 staff and with revenues from £500k to £50M) who seeks to raise their own game and, by doing so, achieve even more success for their organisation. It is a form of leadership development but, quite unlike traditional training, builds upon the idea that we learn most from our peers in the University of Life.
Our members welcome as guests at our meetings fellow Managing Directors with a passion for business, leadership and learning who have an interest in exploring how MD2MD membership might contribute to the success of their business.
