Bill has been coaching since 1995 and sees his role as improving the bottom line by focusing on the people side of the business. He first came across coaching 15 years ago when he became a client and experienced the benefits at first hand. He found that coaching helped him to increase profits for his division by over £5 million. And he noticed that when he had more energy he was more productive and more fulfilled.
He worked as a Marketing Director with Dixons Stores Group, responsible for the marketing of their financial services division and also spent several years working in the United States, in the role of Vice President of Strategic Marketing for an electronics retailer. His earlier career was in advertising and includes working as an account planner with D'Arcy, and Ayer Barker, and also as a market researcher with the British Market Research Bureau.
His coaching clients have include GlaxoSmithKline, HSBC, Disney, Channel 4, BBC, Aon, The National Grid, Marriott Hotels, Arcadia, BJM Research and Consultancy, SRCG Ltd, Ashton Penney Partnership, Dell, and Tesco.
